Today bring us the terrible news that a man needlessly died because of the smoking ban. Sadly, a woman is 50/50 to survive, so it could be two needless deaths courtesy of the smoking ban-and it would seem that they were NON-smokers!
In a bar in Philadelphia on Sunday evening all was going well until a smoker lit up a cigarette. Whether it was an intentional act to aggravate others is not known, whether the man had ‘had a few’ and simply forgot the smoking ban is not known. What is known is that the righteous brigade objected and ensured the man’s ejection from the bar.
What happened next will be a matter of conjecture for decades to come but the gentleman appears to have been much aggrieved at his dismissal from the Genesis Bar as he returned and opened fire on those within-killing one and injuring six more, one of them seriously. No one can condone his actions but no-one can tell his state of mind at the time of rejection & ejection but one can imagine that he had probably enjoyed a few beers and quite absently mindedly lit a fag-much to the annoyance of other drinkers. I can imagine some of the comments from irate brothers & sisters of the righteous. Strange how Genesis means ‘birth, origin’!
43-year-old Carl Sharper, was shot once in the head and died immediately; 6 others benefitted from the gunman’s fury. Had the righteous not kicked up such a fuss this probably wouldn’t have happened-a quiet word is often the best, but goes much further back than that!
It goes back decades, it goes back to when those who objected to the smell of tobacco smoke started to campaign to outlaw tobacco. We are talking the likes of the WHO, Banzhaff, ASH (USA), RCP, ASH (UK) and all those who refuse to tolerate another’s pleasures. These are the people responsible for Carl Sharpers death for it is intolerant zealots such as these that ply the lawmakers with lies & fabrications. Manipulated statistics & junk science are all utilised to get what THEY want at the dire expense of those that don’t want prohibition. How many states in America are near to bankruptcy I wonder? We know the home of all bans, California, is bankrupt as ‘dear old Arnie‘ was contemplating legalising marijuana-which would have realised $’x’bn to get California out of the mire!
The anti-smokers anthem begins with ‘smoking kills’ and is repeated three or four hundred times until they have brainwashed politicians. Well in this case they are quite right for the smoking (ban) has killed Carl Sharpers
I congratulate you all, you must be really proud of yourselves as intolerance has caused the Sharpers family to lose a deeply loved member.
