It appears that Joseph Goebbels is now ghost-writing for Corrie (Coronation Street for those of you who remain soaps-less)! In an effort to sway the minds of those unfortunate souls who cannot tell fact from fiction, a fictional character orders her mother to give up smoking! I wonder what Kate Ford, a smoker, had to say about it?
In the real world of course this would be considered to be abhorrent, a case of a child bullying its own parent, a child with rights who does not understand rights either in principle or usage even in adulthood.
It is a sad reflection of the state of our country when its people cannot tell the difference between fact and fiction, that a source of ‘entertainment’ is reduced to mere propaganda for those who seek to impose their lifestyle choices on everyone they meet.
