ASH merely trumpet the latest ‘hot gossip’ and smugly tell us that ‘we told you so’ whilst sneakily bringing more MPs into their fold. This latest mind-numbing news has not been released with the usual fanfare of trumpets simply because ASH, CRUK and the BBC must be absolutely gobsmacked at this devastating revelation. These figures relate to the year 2008 – ONE YEAR after the implementation of the smoking ban.
